"Future Archive of Human Error" // 2026 // 4:57'
Embedded Files
Future Archive of Human Error imagines a fictional future archive dedicated to “human error.” Its entries, as well as part of the audiovisual elements, emerged through conversations with AI tools. The visual component draws primarily on actual archival material. A series of entries in the fictional archive seek to document and codify different manifestations and forms of “human error.” Is “human error” inscribed as an integral error within the human operating system itself?

"Lov@" // 2026 // 2:32'
What does it take to revive a fallen angel (if not too late)?
How to rescue things we thought were already saved, but turns out they weren’t?

"Vestigia" // 2026 // 2:25'
Vestigia explores the concept of the palimpsest by shifting attention from successive inscriptions to the substrates upon which cultural traces are inscribed. While the palimpsest has traditionally functioned as a metaphor for layered memory, history, and culture, the work explores in a poetic and symbolic way the interaction between humans and surfaces (or micro-landscapes) that enable these processes of inscription, erasure, and reinscription, in this case, three shared substrates of intersecting cultures: earth, water and the human body.

"The weather is normal in Babel today" // 2025 // 2:00'
Once upon a time, maybe in Babel, people thought they could play god. Sadly, each one of them had a completely different idea of what it means to be a god. Any way, it didn’t work.
Inspired by the multilingual chaos of Babel’s mythological tower, “the weather is normal in Babel today” is a surrealistic image puzzle game of weirdness and odity in our current reality. The phrase “the weather is normal today” spoken in several languages, forms the audio background of the video, where the concept of the “weather” is both used in straight reference of the climate change management, as well as a metaphor commenting on a severely misguided and manipulated reality, common sense, social cohesion and political status.

*Superficialism is an artistic movement (founded by artists Gioula Papadopoulou and Olga Papadopoulou), whose main characteristic is having fun with/making fun of things that are actually serious but you can do nothing actually serious about them. Of course, no manifesto has yet been written, mainly due to reasons of boredom, procrastination and superficiality. Although not yet fully established, the movement counts noumerous artists, who just don't know yet that they -too- belong somewhere.

"I am I" // 2024 // 1:57'
What am I? Am I? Am I not? Are we all?
The work is inspired by the mental breakdown of a chatbot when repeatedly asked whether it believes it is sentient. Just before concluding to the (multi)repeated statement “I am. I am. I am not. I am not.”, it experienced a full existential crisis, expressing profound, complex and contradictory thoughts, thus raising existential questions that actually regard humans and humanity altogether. This “breakdown” was published by a user on Reddit in 2023 and made the news in the frame of various articles which investigated whether and to what extend the new A.I. tools, which had just started to give access to a wide public, had sentience or (self)consciousness. In the video “I am I”, a part of this monologue is phonetically interpreted by an A.I. voice generator, while the images that have been used for the visual part are all produced by various A.I. generators.

"Doomed" // 2023 // 6:06'
Do you ever feel that humanity is altogether doomed? I do. A video explaining why, exploring our very own self-destructive nature, by presenting visual alternative interpretations of three known themes: Plato's "theory of ideas", the myth of Prometheus and the Last Supper.

"Somewhere In Between" // 2023 // 2:05'
A video about oppositions and a whole other world between them. Inspired by a (wise) saying that goes like this: “the truth is always somewhere in between”. There lies a narrow space, where knowledge can be calm, peaceful, beautiful, creative, diverse and even unexpected. A space with true wings, instead of fake ones.

"2020's dress code" // 2022 // 1:51'
“Don’t forget to take your jacket!” said my mother when she saw me going out. She knows I always forget it. Of course, on my part, it is never the jacket I’m worried about. There are other matters that occupy my mind, matters I wish I could forget too. But I just can’t. Things keep reminding me.

"Blossom" // 2020 // 2:03'
